LAPAS organises training on economic equality

As part of the “Gear Up!” project, on March 10 LAPAS is organizing training “Economic Equality - Gender Dimension in Employment” for project partners.

This event is organized with the aim of looking at gender equality from different perspectives - capturing local and global realities and emphasizing the importance of intersectionality. People do not experience inequality in a vacuum; rather, different forms of exclusion—such as gender, class, ethnicity, and disability – overlap and create unique obstacles. Using different methods, training participants will discuss these topics and think how to include these paradigms in their organizations’ activities and projects.
